About Me

Hello, I am Nayibe (Gigi) Torres from LeMars, Iowa. I have had 4 years of experience helping people with illness, accidents, grief, loss and depression. I have found ways to help others using Reiki, life coaching and craniosacral therapy. I have seen positive changes when I teach others these skills and have applied it in my own life. Psychologist Session

Angelic Reiki

This is available in person and online.

It is a sacred encounter of light and experience a reconnection with your Divine essence and the vibration of unconditional love to self-heal, help heal other being and the planet.

Craniosacral Therapy 

This is only available in person.

This a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and

side effects of cancer treatment.

Life Coaching 

This is only available in person and online.

 This can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

An escape to a haven of tranquility. Where we plan to flow through yoga, meditate in a peaceful surrounding and eat a healthy meal.
